Esa fue la razón de las interminables colas y de que este orgulloso huaralino vendiera casi 20 mil raciones a tan solo 10 soles. Su historia comenzó cuando era vendedor mayorista de pollos en mercados hace 20 años. A raíz de la baja de este negocio decidió optar por otra alternativa que le generara mayores ingresos y así sostener la educación de sus tres hijos, hoy todos profesionales. “A nuestra familia siempre le gustó la cocina. Este plato lo preparábamos para nosotros y poco a poco nos iban haciendo pedidos y nos compraban.
